I hope you’re well and enjoying your break!Just a quick note from me, reflecting on one of your very early questions: “What do you dream of doing once you are retired?”

Well, I’m finally realising that dream. I got off the boat last week and asked myself, Which direction am I going to point the motorbike?

I’m now just crossing the border from Italy into Croatia — and then? Who knows?

I’ve been given the green light by Rosemary to disappear for a month, so the possibilities are endless.

Why am I telling you this?
I think you already know the impact you’re making on people’s lives, but I’m not sure you realise how that translates into the realisation of dreams. This is mine — and I’m not sure I’d be making it a reality without you.
