1. When did you join the team and how did you find out about the role?

Well Jeremy and I met in May 2019 – I think I politely waited just over a year before giving my opinion on things I feel could be done with the already brilliant TCFP.  I can’t remember the official start year, let alone day … it’s just sort of evolved as we grew together.

2. Can you describe your role and the primary responsibilities you handle?

Primarily … I believe I am responsible for noticing and caring – about the clients, the team, Jeremy and TCFP. Then speaking up to make sure that everything we do delivers massive value to our clients and team; not just financially but emotionally and the relationship we foster with clients.

3. What’s a typical day like for you?

Gym, swim, self-care – they are the only typical parts to my routine. Every other day is different … some days it’s zooms or face-to-face meetings and others it’s writing and researching and analysing and understanding our clients and team using all the information and tools available.

4. What’s the most rewarding part of your job?

Knowing we make a difference as a whole team – that we operate as one to support clients holistically across their lives.

5. What do you appreciate most about working with your current team?

They care – about being the best for each other and the clients we serve.

6. If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why?

Just one???? … to take away fear when it is not necessary for survival – we are all blocking our happiness and potential because of imaginary fears and we don’t even know what they are most of the time – or Sabrina the teenage Witch’s magical power.

7. What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?

When you’re not sure what to say – say the truth.

8. If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Do my adhd meds count as food? No? … okay ermmm – cherries.

9. If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?

Marsa Matruh – A tiny town on Egypt’s north coast… it formed such a huge part of my life growing up and I wonder how it has changed in the 30 years since I was last there.

10. If you were stranded on a deserted island, what three items would you want to have with you?

Does Jeremy count as an item? If yes then … Jeremy, solar powered chargers and my laptop (If J doesn’t count … then an endless supply of cherries please).
