Brilliant delivery takes time, tears and money and it starts with caring.
Caring
Caring means the little things 95% of the time – acknowledging client contacts, being on time for appointments, following up after meetings, pushing clients to complete their tasks, always being available, being prepared, not being in a rush, being kind, doing as promised, not cutting corners, thinking about them, remembering them etc.
All of that (and more) is delivery. Most of it easily done, but so few do.
Humans
The best resource for great delivery is a human that cares.
And I mean really cares – wakes up in the morning caring, thinks about caring, goes about caring.
These humans do not grow on trees, they need educating, training and nurturing.
For us, great delivery means humans helped by technology.
Tech
Technology does not care like a human, but it can create space for humans to care more.
AI bots are cheaper than nurturing a human to care. But the AI bot does not care and never will.
You can get a decent answer from an AI bot, without having to deal with a human who could care less. For many organisations, that is a much better result.
