Kid’s behaviour

Health

Relationships

Work

Investing

Why can’t we adhere when only things that we can commit to in the long run, are going to make any difference?

I bet you anything you like it’s because it is not convenient and simple.

I like to keep reasonably healthy and have had many failed gym memberships. Gyms, it turns out, are not convenient or simple for me.

Simple and convenient for me is walking the dog, or kids. This is what works for me (that and not having biscuits in the house).

Freedom to pay attention to something more worthwhile, like…..

Kid’s behaviour

Health
